Elizabeth is a Registered Nurse with a Master’s degree in Public Health Management. She has more than 35 years of experience working in healthcare, including work in prevention, clinical disease management and administration.
In 2008, Elizabeth and a group of 4 partners co-founded Integrated Corporate Health, LLC (“ICH”), which was later renamed to Integrated Health 21. Prior to forming ICH, Elizabeth spent more than 20 years leading management and operations in the healthcare field. From 1989 to 1998, she served as Executive Director of Main Medical Inc.’s clinical services. During this time, she was responsible for operations and programmatic development. She oversaw the implementation of multiple outpatient, disease management and health promotion centers. These programs focused on providing community and corporate health screening and health management programs, including cardiac rehabilitation, medically directed diabetes management and obesity programs. She was instrumental in the integration of two freestanding centers into hospital departments. From 1988 to 2004 she expanded her role as the Vice president of Main Medical Inc., where she was responsible for managing operations and long range planning for the cardiac care division, outpatient imaging network, customer service and human resource departments.
Kathleen is a registered nurse with more than 30 years in the healthcare industry and a founding partner of Integrated Health 21. In 2003, Kathleen formed HealthCheck LLC, a health management company specialized in emergency response training, equipment placement and including health and safety consulting for the workplace. Prior to working as a consultant, Kathleen served as manager of a hospital-based disease management center, overseeing daily operations, development and implementation of disease management and corporate health programs. Much of her career has been focused on cardiovascular health with an emphasis on disease management and prevention including experience in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, diabetes management and fitness facility management.
In 2013 Dr David Natali, a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician, joined Integrated Health 21 to serve as Medical Director. In his role, Dr Natal reviews medical protocols and policies, guides the development of new services, and oversees the CLIA laboratory. Through the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Natali earned a BS in Biochemistry and a Medical Degree from Pittsburgh Medical School. Between1990–2000, Dr. Natali was appointed as Medical Director of the Forbes Regional Hospital Emergency Department and then Forbes Emergency Medicine Preshospital system between1998-2002. In addition, he has served on the Board of the West Penn Allegheny Health System and is Past President of the Forbes Health System medical staff. He continues to work clinically as an emergency room physician in addition to his leadership role at Integrated Health 21.
Paul is an exercise physiologist with more than 40 years of experience in the area of health and exercise science after obtaining his PhD from the University of Illinois in 1966. He has taught at the University of Illinois, Kent State University, and most recently at Wake Forest University, where he has served as a professor from 1973 to 2013. In 1975, Paul co-founded the first outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program in the state of North Carolina, and subsequently helped develop more than 50 additional centers throughout North Carolina and surrounding states. Paul directed the Wake Forest Cardiac Rehabilitation Program for 16 years prior to becoming chair of Health and Exercise Science for the next 16 years. He served a brief term as an Associate Dean and Dean of the College and at Wake Forest University. Paul retired as Professor Emeritus of Health and Exercise Science in 2013. Paul has served in multiple roles within the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and has conducted research, published and lectured nationally and internationally in the areas of obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular risk factors.
Graduating from Gannon University with a Bachelor’s in Finance, Alison has been a very valuable asset to the Integrated Corporate Health team. She has an outstanding reputation in regards to her analytical support and data analysis responsibilities. This foundation of commendations is reflected through her past and current job experiences. Alison formerly worked for Accelero Health Partners, analyzing financial and clinical data for the healthcare industry. She stood out from her coworkers with her ability to complete data analysis responsibilities precisely due to her attention to detail. This distinction prepared her for her current data manager position at Integrated Corporate Health. Alison currently oversees all of Integrated Corporate Health’s data management processes, staff, and policies.
Samantha joined Integrated Corporate Health in January 2013 as the Finance Manager. Samantha has over five years of experience in the accounting and finance field including: financial statement analysis and reporting, external auditing, and corporate and personal taxation. Prior to joining ICH, Samantha worked for a regional public accounting firm serving a wide range of clients including: not for profit, manufacturing, real estate, and service organizations. Samantha’s diverse background not only brings financial expertise to ICH but also a strong commitment to outstanding delivery and customer satisfaction. Samantha graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2009 from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA. Samantha has also passed all parts of the Uniform CPA Examination and has fulfilled all requirements for Pennsylvania state licensure as a Certified Public Accountant.
